Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to read about our services and get in touch. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, on every page of this website.

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
• Text and controls were checked for colour contrast against the AA thresholds.
• Pages use proper headings, landmarks, lists and labelled form fields, and form errors are announced and explained in words.
• Images have descriptive text alternatives.
• Buttons and links are sized for touch, and the layout works from small phones to large desktop screens.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, animations and smooth scrolling are switched off and all content stays visible.
• Videos never start with sound. The salon videos have their own play and pause button, and a short muted background clip on the home page stops when your device is set to reduce motion.
• The gallery viewer can be operated and closed with the keyboard.

• The videos do not yet have captions or a written transcript.
• The map on the Contact page is provided by Google and has the accessibility of that service. The address and a directions link are given in text next to it.
• This website has been tested with automated checks and by hand with a keyboard. It has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
